Greenville County -- The Greenville County Sheriff's Office said they have arrested two people and are looking for another after deputies found a small meth lab Tuesday morning.James Dean, Sandra Dean, and Gary Bragg are charged with drug possession, a weapons violation, and unlawful exposure of a child to methamphetamine.Sandra Dean and Bragg have been arrested. Deputies say they are still looking for James Dean.
Master Deputy Michael Hildebrand said vice officers raided the meth lab at about 8:30 a.m. in an outbuilding near a mobile home at 1204 Anderson Ridge Road in Greer. When deputies arrived, the meth lab was still smoking from the process of "cooking" the drug, Hildebrand said.Deputies said that the number of meth lab raids is down from a peak reached several years ago, but that they still make several busts every year in the county.Narcotics officers said this was not the first time they've focused on this property. Deputies went to the same address three years ago in a similar case.
